Using the SnackFinder® app
SnackFinder® is free for customers — open the app, allow location (or search a postcode), and you'll see street-food vendors open near you right now. No account or sign-up is needed to browse.
Vendors get a listing once their application is approved. If you'd like to list your business, that happens on the web — we don't take vendor sign-ups inside the app.
Common questions
I'm a vendor — how do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by our team. To change, pause, or cancel your subscription, email info@snackfinder.co.uk and we'll sort it within two working days. The app shows your current subscription status so you can always see where you stand.
I forgot my vendor password
On the app's sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?"and enter your account email. We'll send a secure link to set a new one. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us.
How do I delete my account?
Vendors can delete their account in the app: go to Account → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your listing is removed from the customer map straight away, and your data is permanently erased after a 30-day grace period. You can also email info@snackfinder.co.uk if you'd like us to do it for you.
How do I report a vendor or a problem?
On a vendor's page in the app, tap the menu and choose Report to flag inaccurate or inappropriate listings — we review reports within 24 hours. You can also hide a vendor from your own map at any time. For anything else, email info@snackfinder.co.uk.
The app can't find my location
SnackFinder® needs location permission to show vendors near you. If you declined it, you can still search by postcode, or enable location for SnackFinder® in your phone's Settings and reopen the app.
Privacy & your data
